Exchange & Refund Policy
At White Cat, I want you to love your jewelry for years to come. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 14 days of receiving it. I’m happy to offer an exchange for another item on the website, as long as the piece is unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. While I don’t offer refunds by default, I’m always open to working something out if there’s a problem with your order.
Please note:
- Custom pieces and sale items are final sale
- Exchanges may take up to 14 days to process
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping and any related fees
To start an exchange or request support, email lucretia.simpson@gmail.com before sending anything back. I strongly recommend using tracked, insured shipping.

Shipping Polices
For local orders in the Ottawa and Gatineau areas, you may be eligible for an arranged drop-off, pick-up, or mutually decided meeting place. Please contact me for more details.
While I strive to ensure that your order arrives on time, please note that shipping delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond my control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions. I will do my best to assist you in tracking your package and resolving any issues.
All packages will be shipped with Canada Post. As a one-woman company, I handle every aspect of the business personally. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.
