At White Cat, my mission is to create jewelry that you can love for years to come. If you are dissatisfied with your White Cat Jewelry, please let me know within 7 days of purchase. I can help you exchange your unworn, undamaged jewelry in its original condition for another piece available on our website. Please note that I am unable to issue refunds at this time. Additionally, custom jewelry pieces and items on sale are not eligible for exchange. Exchanges may take up to 14 days to process, however we try our best to make it as fast as possible. To initiate an exchange, please contact me at lucretia.simpson@gmail.com before sending any jewelry back. When mailing the jewelry back, it is strongly recommended to use a tracking number and insure your parcel. Shipping costs and any other fees associated with the exchange are the responsibility of the buyer. As a one-woman company, I handle all aspects of the business personally. This means that while I strive to provide the best service possible, some processes may take a bit longer. Your understanding and support mean the world to me. White Cat Jewelry Shipping Policy
Processing time for purchased jewelry can take up to 3-5 business days. All orders will be sent with a tracking code and insurance to ensure that your jewelry arrives safely. Enjoy free shipping on all orders of $275 and up. Currently, I only ship domestically within Canadian provinces. Shipping prices for each province are listed here:

For local orders in the Ottawa and Gatineau areas, you may be eligible for an arranged drop-off, pick-up, or mutually decided meeting place. Please contact me for more details.
While I strive to ensure that your order arrives on time, please note that shipping delays can sometimes occur due to factors beyond my control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions. I will do my best to assist you in tracking your package and resolving any issues.
